More Yellow Belt Lessons
1) Left punch.
1. Step outside with left, block and hold with left up windmill.
2. Step around with right foot; pivot to left bow as you strike just above his elbow with your right forearm, breaking his arm.
3. Right backhand to his left ribcage or midsection.
4. Right side kick to his left knee, breaking it and taking him down.
2) Right punch.
1. Step outside with left, block with left up windmill.
2. Immediately step in and behind his right leg with your right (wedging) and strike to his throat with right roundhouse elbow, knocking him down.
3. Right heel stomp to his groin.
4. Right heel side stomp to his throat.
3) Left punch.
1. Step outside with right, block and hold with right up windmill.
2. Left open hand strike and hold to his throat.
3. Left knee to his groin.
4. Left outside sweep his left leg, taking him down.
4) Right punch.
1. Step outside with left to left bow, dodging the punch.
2. Pivot to a right bow, breaking his arm with a scissoring motion of your arms.
3. Use left down windmill motion to clear his arm and open his center line.
4. Right snap kick to his testicles.
5) Left punch.
1. Step outside with right, block and hold with left down windmill.
2. Left semi-roundhouse kick to his left ribcage.
3. As you plant your left foot down in left bow stance, apply inside leverage to his left hand, causing him to bend over.
4. Swing your right leg over his left arm and sit out on it with the back of your thigh, breaking his arm at the elbow.
6) Right punch.
1. Step outside with left, block and hold with right down windmill.
2. Apply inside leverage, using left hand to reinforce your grip, causing him to bend over.
3. Right snap kick up into his right ribcage.
4. Step back with right into a right knee drop, causing him to go down onto his face (keep his wrist above his shoulder).
7) Left punch.
1. Step outside with right, block and hold with left down windmill, left semi-roundhouse kick to his spleen.
2. Plant left foot straight down as you apply inside leverage, right side kick down on his left knee, breaking it.
3. Left heel stomp to his groin.
8] Right punch.
1. Step outside with left, block and hold with right down windmill.
2. Pivot right applying inside leverage, right ball snap kick up to his throat.
3. Left side kick to the inside of his left knee, breaking it and taking him down.
4. Right heel kick to his groin.
9) Right punch.
1. Step outside with left, block and hold with right down windmill.
2. Apply inside leverage, right ball snap kick up into his right ribcage.
3. Right side stomp to the back of his right knee, pinning him to the ground.
4. Cross step outside with right, left roundhouse kick to either kidney.
10) Left punch.
1. Step back with left into right kick stance, block and hold with right down windmill.
2. Right ball snap kick to ribcage.
3. Plant right foot down to your right as you apply outside leverage throwing him onto his back.
4. Left down roundhouse kick to his groin.
11) Right punch.
1. Step back with right into left kick stance, block and hold with left down windmill.
2. Left snap kick to his right ribcage, applying 1/2 outside leverage as a set.
3. Grasp his fingers with your right hand and curl them towards his forearm as you plant down with your foot.
4. Right palm to his face, or right knee to his face or throat.
12) Left punch.
1. Cross step outside with left, block and hold with left up windmill and pull down to unbalance him.
2. Right ball snap kick up into his throat.
3. Right hammer to the back of his neck.
4. Left knee to his face.
13) Right punch.
1. Cross step inside with left, block with left up windmill.
2. Step in with right to horse stance as you strike to solar plexus with right forward elbow.
3. Grab his right ankle with your left hand, use a right forearm bar against his right hip, push and pull taking him down.
4. Step over his left leg with your left and right knee drop onto his bladder/groin.
5. Right heel side stomp to his throat.
14) Left punch.
1. Cross step outside with left, block and clear with a right down windmill.
2. Immediately step past with right as you grab to groin with left.
3. Pivot left to left bow, strike to the back of his left ankle with your right forearm, knocking him down.
15) Right punch.
1. Step outside with left, block and hold with right up windmill, pull his right hand down to your right hip to unbalance him.
2. Comb into his hair with your left hand, set his head back and right chop to his throat, then pull his head to your chest.
3. Step behind his right leg with your right and wedge to unbalance him, and then pivot left to a left bow stance, slamming him down on his back.
4. Right side stomp to his throat.
16) Left punch.
1. Short cross step outside with left, block and hold with left up windmill.
2. Step past him with right, pivot left to left bow driving right elbow into his left kidney.
3. Right back elbow to his left ribcage.
4. Draw your left foot back into a left kick stance and then step in with right to the back of his left knee driving him down onto his knees.
5. Right backhand to his left neck.
17) Right punch.
1. Step deep with left, block and hold with right up windmill.
2. Step behind and past his right foot with your right to right bow stance as you grab the hair at the back of his head with your left and choke hold with your right, unbalancing him, then pivot left to a left bow stance, throwing him down.
3. Right heel kick to the side of his ribcage.
18] Left punch.
1. Short step inside with left, block with right up windmill with a left cover or complement.
2. Step in with right between his legs and pivot to reverse bow, right down hammer to his groin.
3. Place your right leg against the inside of his right lower leg and your right palm against his right knee to lever him to the ground.
4. Left stomp to groin.
19) Left punch.
1. Step back with left into a right kick stance, block and hold with right down windmill, pulling his hand to your centerline.
2. Pivot your torso right while applying outside leverage to his wrist, pulling him into a left palm claw to his face.
3. Continue applying leverage and sweep your left leg laterally into his left leg, throwing him onto his back.
4. Right heel stomp to his solar plexus.
20) Right punch.
1. Step outside with left, block and hold with right up windmill.
2. Continue windmill motion pushing his hand down and back, use your right leg to sweep his right leg, taking him down.
3. Pull up on his right arm and right stomp to his armpit.
21) Left punch.
1. Side step right pivoting to left bow as you block and hold with left up windmill.
2. Right scissors strike to his left biceps, pulling his arm against your chest unbalancing him to his left.
2. Pivot right to horse stance, press straight down with your left hand on his wrist and use your right hand to bar his shoulder, taking him down.
3. Right backhand to his nose.
22) Right punch.
1. Step outside with left, block and hold with left up windmill, right semi-roundhouse kick to his bladder.
2. Plant right foot down to your right, left foot steps in front of him, keeping his right arm in front of you.
3. As your left foot steps through, grab his wrist with your right hand and twist it palm up, bring his arm over your head and break his elbow by pulling his arm down on your shoulder as you stand up to force him onto his toes.
4. Turn his palm out away from you to your right, as you slide his arm down to your elbow (right side), and pivot left to throw him down in front of you. Right stomp to his jaw.
23) Left punch.
1. Step outside with right as you block with a right up windmill to his upper left arm, continue the circular movement forward and down to strike his left leg at the ankle with your right forearm, sweeping his left leg forward and knocking him down.
2. Left stomp to his groin.
24) Right punch.
1. Short cross step outside with right, block with right up windmill.
2. Step up with left and pivot right to strike his kidney with your left elbow.
3. Grab to the inside of his right knee with your left hand, pull the knee out towards you slightly and then push down on it as you pivot left, taking him down.
4. Right ball snap kick to his groin.
25) Left punch.
1. Cross step outside with left, block and hold with left up windmill.
2. Right roundhouse grab to his hair.
3. Pull him back and down into a right roundhouse knee to his left kidney.
4. Release hair and right hammer to groin as he falls.
26) Right punch.
1. Step outside with left, block and hold with left up windmill.
2. Right sweeping claw across his eyes.
3. Right knee to his groin or midsection.
4. Wedge in behind his right leg with your right leg, right roundhouse elbow to his throat, knocking him down.
27) Left punch.
1. Stepping either forward with left or backward with right, drop into low horse stance and block with left up block.
2. Pivot left into semi-knee drop and strike into his left armpit with finger tips of right bunched hand.
3. Step past him with right going into a left reverse bow, and then pivot right, striking with a right backhand to his spleen and left punch to his groin.
4. Right uppercut to his throat.
28] Right punch.
1. Step outside with left, block and catch with right up windmill and pull him into a right uppercut to his liver.
2. Grab his hair with left and pull, as you wedge in behind his right leg with your right and then right hammer to the left side of his neck.
3. Right heel kick into the right side of his ribcage.
29) Left punch.
1. Step outside with right, block and hold with right up windmill and strike immediately with left back knife hand to the left side of his neck and hold.
2. Step in short with left, pivot left and pull down on his neck with your left hand, bending him over.
3. Right knee to his face.
4. Step back with right and right hammer to the back of his neck.
30) Right punch.
1. Step outside with left, block and hold with left up windmill.
2. Right uppercut to his solar plexus.
3. Right knee to his ribcage.
4. Right back elbow to the back of his neck.
31) Left punch.
1. Cross step outside with left, block and hold with left up windmill.
2. Right roundhouse knee to left kidney, pivot left on left foot, retaining hold on his left wrist.
3. Right side stomp behind his left knee driving him to the ground.
4. Right backhand to his right temple or neck, while pulling on his left arm with your left hand for added power.
32) Right punch.
1. Step outside with left, block and hold with right up windmill.
2. Right semi-roundhouse kick to his right ribcage.
3. Plant right foot down in front of him and left side kick down on his right knee, breaking it and taking him down.
4. Right heel stomp to his groin.
33) Left punch.
1. Short cross step outside with left, block and hold with left up windmill.
2. Step past with right in a swirling movement to left reverse bow, then shift weight backward striking him with a right back elbow to his left ribcage or heart.
3. Right down hammer to his groin.
4. Left knee to his ribcage.
5. Right forearm hammer to both of his kidneys or to the small of his back.
34) Right punch.
1. Cross step inside with left, block and clear with a left down windmill.
2. Step in with right and right roundhouse punch to his left temple.
3. Left palm to his nose.
4. Right straight claw and rip to his groin.
35) Left punch.
1. Step inside with left, block with right hammer cross block to forearm.
2. Right ball snap kick to his right upper/inner thigh.
3. Right back elbow to his throat or face.
36) Right punch.
1. Step deep outside with left, block and hold with right up windmill.
2. Right side stomp to the back of his right knee to pin his leg to the ground.
3. Left grab to his hair and pull back, causing him to look up, then right hammer to his nose.
37) Left punch.
1. Step back with left, block with right down windmill.
2. Right side kick to his left knee.
3. Right backhand to his throat.
4. Left punch to his left ribcage.
5. Right uppercut to his throat.
38] Right punch.
1. Short step toward punch with left, block with left up windmill.
2. Step into horse stance with right and right cross hammer block to the top of his right biceps.
3. Right backhand to the right side of his neck.
4. Left knee to his groin.
39) Left punch.
1. Step inside with left, block and hold with right down windmill as you strike the left side of his neck with a left back knife hand.
2. Left grab to his hair or neck and force him to bend over as you pivot left on your left foot.
3. Right knee to his heart.
4. Step forward with right into horse stance and right hammer to the back of his neck.
40) Right punch.
1. Step outside with left, block and clear with left down windmill.
2. Right sweeping claw across his eyes.
3. Right backhand to the right side of his neck.
4. Right knee to his groin.
41) Left punch.
1. Hop outside to a left kick stance as you block and hold with left up windmill.
2. Step in front of him with left, right standing fist punch to left ribcage.
3. Right down backhand to his groin.
42) Right punch.
1. Short cross step inside with left, block with left up windmill.
2. Step in with right and right grab to his groin.
3. Hook your right foot behind his right heel, and then use right leg and right inverted palm to lock out his right leg, taking him down.
4. Step up with left foot and right uppercut to his groin.
43) Left punch.
1. Step outside with left, block and hold with left up windmill.
2. Step back and around with right, right back elbow to solar plexus.
3. Right grab to his left ankle and lift up, dropping him on his back.
4. Right back stomp to his groin.
44) Right punch.
1. Short step towards punch with left, block and hold with left up windmill.
2. Step in with right wedging into the inside of his right leg, left hammer to the left side of his nose.
3. Right backhand to his right neck or temple.
4. Left hammer to his right collarbone.
5. Right roundhouse to his jaw.
45) Left punch.
1. Cross step outside with left, block with left up windmill.
2. Step directly behind him with right and grab both of his shoulders.
3. Cross step left behind right and pivot left to slam him onto his back.
4. Right knee drop and right hammer to his nose.
46) Left punch.
1. Step back with left into right kick stance, block and hold with right down windmill.
2. Right snap kick to his left ribcage.
3. Plant right foot down outside his left foot as you place his left hand down near the ground on the inside of his left leg.
4. Right grab to his left ankle from the inside and pull it forward and up, dropping him on his back, left stomp to groin.
47) Left punch.
1. Step outside with right, block and hold with right up windmill.
2. Left semi-roundhouse kick to his groin or bladder.
3. Wedge behind his left leg with left going into a horse stance, left forward elbow strike to his left ribcage, knocking him down.
4. Pivot left into right knee drop, right hammer to solar plexus.
48] Left punch.
1. Step inside with left foot and block with left double block.
2. Left open hand strike to his throat.
3. Step past him with right and right sweeping claw across his eyes.
4. Right downward backhand to his groin.
49) Opponent throws a left at your head.
1. Step toward the punch with your left foot and block with a left up windmill.
2. Step in with your right foot and punch to his left kidney with a right roundhouse one-knuckle punch.
3. Reach in front of his left leg and grab his right leg just above and behind the knee, pull towards you forcing him to fall to the ground.
4. Stomp to his groin with your right heel.
50) Opponent throws a left punch at your head.
1. Step toward the punch with your left foot and block with a left up windmill.
2. Step in with your right foot and punch to his left kidney with a right roundhouse one-knuckle punch.
3. Strike to his heart with a left roundhouse one-knuckle fist.
4. Strike behind his left leg, just above the knee, with your right forearm sweeping his leg and taking him down.
5. Stomp to his left ribcage with your right heel.
51) Opponent throws a left punch at your head.
1. Step toward throat punch slightly with your right foot and block and hold with a right down windmill.
2. Kick to his left ribcage with your right foot.
3. Using both hands apply outside leverage on his wrist throwing him to the ground.
4. Kick to his solar plexus with a left down roundhouse.
52) Opponent throws a left punch at your head.
1. Step toward the punch with your left foot and block and hold with a left up windmill.
2. Step in with your right foot and strike his biceps with a right scissoring blow.
3. Strike the left side of his neck with your right knife hand and wrap his head and hold.
4. Pull down with your right hand flipping him in front of you.
5. Stomp to his abdomen with your right heel.
53) Opponent throws a right punch at your head.
1. Step toward the punch with your left foot and block and hold with a right up windmill.
2. Kick to his ribs with your right foot.
3. Step outside and behind his right leg with your right leg and strike the left side of his neck with a right knife hand knocking him down in front of you.
4. Stomp to his left ribcage with your right heel.
54) Opponent throws a right punch at your head.
1. Step toward the punch with your left foot and block and hold with a left up windmill.
2. Strike to his biceps with a right hammer blow while sweeping his right leg forward with your right leg.
3. Stomp to his right ribcage with your right heel.
55) Opponent throws a right punch at your head.
1. Step diagonally to your left with your left foot and block and hold with a right down windmill.
2. Using your right hand put inside leverage on his wrist and grab with your left hand to assist.
3. Kick to his ribs with your right foot.
4. Force him to the ground by apply leverage on his wrist, push his fingers toward his left shoulder.
